Barre is a low impact, high-energy workout that blends Pilates principles, accessible ballet-inspired movement, & functional fitness. This class is mostly performed standing, using a wall or chair for support, & is designed to build strength, mobility, & ease in movement - all while having fun.

HATHA YOGA (Teacher: Heidi)
This multi-level Hatha yoga practice, suitable for all experience levels, focuses on breath awareness though the use of breathing techniques, yoga asana and relaxation. Each class will be themed to build mental and physical awareness, focus and strength.
